1. What does accreditation for Tanzplattform Deutschland 2026 mean?
As a professional visitor, artist or practitioner in the field of dance and performance, you can officially register for accreditation for Tanzplattform Deutschland 2026. Accreditation gives you access to all events and programme highlights – at special rates and with a few extras designed to make networking, discovering, and engaging even easier.
During the registration process, we’ll ask for some basic information about you, your institution, and your professional activity.
2. Who can apply for accreditation?
Starting November 10, 2025 at 12:00, you can apply for accreditation as a professional visitor or artist working in the fields of choreography, dance, or performance, and secure your tickets for Tanzplattform Deutschland 2026. The public ticket sale begins on December 1, 2025, so we recommend booking your tickets before this date, as some performances have limited capacity. To be eligible for accreditation, you must currently be professionally active in the dance sector and able to demonstrate a clear professional connection to the field.
If you are unsure whether you meet the requirements, please feel free to contact us at akkreditierung@hellerau.org – we are happy to assist you. After you register, all information will be carefully reviewed, and the Tanzplattform Deutschland 2026 team will decide on the acceptance or, if necessary, rejection of your application.
3. How do I apply for accreditation?
On the website www.tanzplattform2026.de, click on the "Accreditation" button.
This will take you to the accreditation page of our ticket partner Reservix. Here you register and select the appropriate accreditation category (institutional or freelance) for you. Each accreditation includes four performance visits, which you select straight away. Finally, you select a payment method and finalise the payment process.
You can only submit one application, so take a few moments to fill in all the details. Once your details have been checked, you will receive a confirmation email. We will then send you a ticket code that you can use to book each additional ticket for €12.
4. Confirmation, costs and payment
- Professional visitor, institutional: €120 per person
- Professional visitor, freelance / reduced*: €90 per person
* If your institution's annual turnover is less than €250,000, you are entitled to the discount.
If you are unsure which category you fall into, you can contact us at any time at accreditation@hellerau.org - we will be happy to help you.
Tickets and allocation
Your accreditation includes 4 productions free of charge (€0) for you.
Each additional production costs €12 per trade visitor and availability.
Even if you only visit one or two of these four productions included in the price, the price for accreditation remains the same.
5. Collecting your badge when you attend on site
After your successful confirmation, you will receive an e-mail with all further information about your participation.
You will receive your physical accreditation badge on site at the festival centre in HELLERAU. It is your key to all included offers - from Platform Plus offers for professional visitors to the personalised public transport ticket (DVB city area, valid from collection up to and including 15.03.2026).
6. How long does it take to receive a confirmation?
We process all accreditation applications as quickly as possible and in the order in which they are received.
Around the deadline, it can take up to 2 working days to check your application.
If you sent your application more than a week ago and have not yet received a personal email from us, please contact the accreditation office at: accreditation@hellerau.org.
7. Until when can you apply for accreditation?
The official registration deadline is 3 February 2026.
If there are still places available after that date, we will continue to issue additional accreditations while supplies spaces last.
However, from 20 February 2026 onwards, registration will no longer be possible.
Our recommendation: Don’t wait too long – the number of badges is limited, and once the deadline has passed, the registration window may close at any time.
8. How many tickets can you book?
You can book one ticket per performance.
There is no entitlement to tickets for certain performances or to a guaranteed number of tickets – allocation is based on the “first come, first served” principle
In other words: those who are quick off the mark get the best seats – or at least a guaranteed spot in the audience.
9. Is the accreditation transferable?
No – your accreditation is personal and may not be passed on or duplicated. It is your personal access to the Tanzplattform Deutschland 2026 and is only valid in conjunction with your ID.
10. Can you book tickets for colleagues with your accreditation?
No – tickets are for personal use only and are only valid in combination with your own accreditation badge and ID.
Each person therefore needs their own accreditation to be able to book tickets and attend events.
11. What to do if you lose your badge or tickets?
Please report the loss immediately to the accreditation office on site or by e-mail to akkreditierung@hellerau.org.
If possible, we will issue you with a replacement.
12. Who can you contact if you have any questions?
If you have any organisational questions, please contact Nicole Meier (meier@hellerau.org) – she’ll make sure you’re well taken care of. Whether it’s about the accreditation process, local transport connections, restaurant tips, or a few ideas for exploring Dresden when you need a short break from dance – Nicole is your go-to person.
For ticket-related questions, you can also reach out to Nicole or contact the Head of Ticketing, Isabelle Zschömitzsch (zschoemitzsch@hellerau.org).
