The tjg. theater junge generation is located on the Kraftwerk Mitte site in the western part of Dresden's city centre. Since December 2016, the former site of the combined heat and power plant has been home to Dresden's new centre as an arts, cultural and creative location within a 15-minute walk of Dresden's famous baroque city centre.

Accessibility

There are three disabled parking spaces at the Wettiner Platz roundabout and more at the "Kraftwerk Mitte" car park (access via Löbtauer Straße 21). From there, a barrier-free route with traffic lights leads to the theatre entrance (approx. 150 m). Access to the box office foyer is barrier-free via the outside door on the right, lifts connect all levels from the basement to the tier. Barrier-free WCs are available in the basement and mezzanine; a guidance system for the blind facilitates orientation throughout the theatre.
