Before diving into the full program of Tanzplattform Deutschland 2026, we invite you to join us in soft spaces curated by this year’s jury.

After watching over 550 dance productions, the jury not only selected 13 outstanding works to be presented and 10 artists to pitch their artistic practices at the festival — they also noticed themes, questions, and artistic voices that kept echoing across many of the pieces. This gathering is a space to share some of those impressions with you.

It’s not a panel or a formal talk — but a gentle invitation to arrive, to connect, to take a breath, and maybe catch some inspiration before heading into the shows. There’ll be rooms to move between for exchange, quiet thought, open questions, and maybe even a few snacks.
