Mornings on Fire

When the breaking crew The Saxonz brings their successful format “Floor on Fire” to HELLERAU, the Great Hall ignites: breakdance meets ballet, street style collides with contemporary, hip-hop faces off with pointe work, an energetic clash of styles.

For Tanzplattform, we’re skipping the competition this time, but things will still heat up, no matter what the March weather brings.

We invite all visitors of Tanzplattform and all Dresden locals to start each morning by discovering a dance practice or style together and moving themselves.

Whether it’s sun, wind, or rain — The Saxonz and their guests will get us moving, even if it means dancing in our winter coats.
